Bazu was the nick name given to my father. Basil. His life and his legacy inspired me to name my Coaching business after him. He was a gentle man. A man who was highly intelligent but never had the educational or other opportunities that would have helped him reach his full potential. It is in his memory that I hope to bring to you an avenue to tap into your true potential; coming alongside you and offering coaching methodologies, tools and techniques that will help you unlock that 'something' inside of you and to lay the foundation for living your life to it's fullest potential

my Story

My specialist coaching practise as a Transition & Leadership Coach was founded in 2016, although Coaching had been part of my career since 2002 where I was responsible for the recruitment & development of Graduates and also over time as I held senior Human Resources & General Management positions in the Financial Services & Marketing Industries. I have been fortunate to have worked in both the corporate space and as an entrepreneur subsequently founding and managing my own businesses.

With more than 1500 coaching hours, I have worked with Leaders and Individuals across corporate, entrepreneurial and academic environments, offering a professional, trusted, safe and confidential space - a space for them to think, be heard, encouraged, challenged and navigated through a coaching journey.

My Coaching skills and methodologies have been attained through rigorous educational interventions and accreditation processes. Personally, I have had a life where I had to educate myself, have changed careers, been promoted and then thrown in the deep end, been a single mother to two special daughters, suffered through Divorce, moved countries, continents and hemispheres! Challenges and change I have experienced first-hand - I do hope and believe this has equipped me with a holistic and informed coaching approach.
