Understanding your 'brains' wiring is a great foundation for making a career choice. The NBT is a suite of neuroscience-based assessments that provide insights into thinking preferences. These instruments measure an individual's thinking style and help understand personal effectiveness. Insights into your thinking style can be used as a starting point for selecting the right career.

In layman's terms - The brain has a left hemisphere and a right hemisphere. Within those are further sub-hemispheres with each quadrant's wiring indicating our preferences. If you are a left brained logical, factual individual, you will feel totally uncomfortable as a salesperson but if you are a strong right brained creative individual who thrives in company, you would be brilliant in sales (and not so brilliant as a scientist).
